This lovly little cottage was looking a little dismal.

We removed the render and discovered a classic cut and shut window added with all the finesse of a babby with a machine gun.

A little bag rub magic and the front facade was transformed. Before During After Six months later and the lime seems to be settling in nicely.

Internally we dry lined the upstairs and bag rubbed the main room.

All the ends of the joists has rotted out and the floor was held up with memories. When we hacked the walls back we bolted on steel plates to take the weight. They will be completely hidden when the insulation and plasterwork is done. I love this method as it will last over 100 years and is invisible.

The rest of the house was bag rubbed externally.
