Geoff worked with us 7 years ago. We reconnected recently and he expressed a desire to get back on the lime. A lovly little cottage repoint came up just round the corner from him and hay presto.

We are lime pointing the bottom of the wall. The client wants to leave the cement pointing above as it is. We have added coal dust to the mix to colour match to the cement above. The carbon in the coal dust helps the colour bind to the lime. This helps to maintain the colour for years to come and stops it leaching out.
